Built by proxy infrastructure engineers

ProxyRequest is built by people who have spent years running proxy infrastructure in production. We understand upstream mixing, provider leakage, session accounting, rate limiting, and routing weight logic at the implementation level — because we've built all of it. Support comes directly from the team maintaining the routing, accounting, and infrastructure stack.

How it works

Four steps from existing upstreams
to a running proxy business

01
Connect upstream providers
Plug in residential, ISP, mobile, or modem pools via SOCKS5/HTTP credentials. Any provider works — Brightdata, Oxylabs, NetNut, your own hardware.
02
Define your products
Create Lite, Pro, ISP, or geo-targeted packages — each with its own upstream mix, routing weights, and session rules. Change weights at any time without client disruption.
03
Provision sub-users
Assign products, set bandwidth limits, generate credentials. Via UI or API — one call per user. Every user gets a hard cap and a usage log you can bill from.
04
Sell under your brand
Expose one endpoint and one dashboard to your clients. Your domain, your logo, your API. Suppliers are completely concealed — clients see only your product.
Who this is for

If any of this sounds familiar,
you're in the right place

You resell residential or ISP proxies
You buy access from one or more upstream providers and sell it to clients — and you need your own product layer between them and you.
You blend multiple upstream providers
You're routing through Brightdata, Oxylabs, your own modems, or a mix — and you want to control weights, failover, and concealment in one place.
You need sub-user limits and billing
You want to cap clients at N GB, track exactly what they use, and have logs you can actually bill from. No more disputes without data.
Your clients should never know your suppliers
Connection metadata, error messages, and headers must never reveal where your traffic is coming from. Supplier visibility kills margin and enables direct bypass.
You want your own branded platform
Your clients log into your domain, see your brand, use your API. Not ours. The platform is invisible — you own the customer relationship.
You don't want to spend 6 months building this
You've priced out building billing, accounting, routing and a panel yourself. The opportunity cost is real — every month spent building is a month not spent selling.
The real cost of building it yourself

Every proxy business hits the same
infrastructure wall

You're spending engineering time on billing systems, sub-user management, and upstream routing — instead of acquiring customers and growing margin.

01
Months building what should take days to deploy
Sub-user management, bandwidth accounting, upstream mixing, and billing from scratch — each piece alone is a significant project. Most teams underestimate by 3–4x and still end up with something brittle.
ProxyRequest ships it all
02
Clients can tell whose infrastructure you're running
When your proxy endpoints leak the upstream provider in connection metadata or error messages, you lose the white-label advantage. That kills premium pricing and gets you undercut by clients going direct.
Full upstream concealment
03
No usage logs means every billing dispute is a guess
When a client claims they used less than you billed, or a sub-user blows their limit, you need per-user traffic records. Without them, you're choosing between absorbing the loss or losing the client.
Per-user logs, always

Sub-User Management

Create, limit, and bill sub-users —
this is your money engine

Give each client their own isolated access with hard bandwidth caps, dedicated credentials, and exportable usage logs. Manage everything via API or UI.

  • Hard limits that actually enforce — when a sub-user hits their GB cap, they stop. No surprise overages, no billing arguments.
  • Product assignment — route each user to a different upstream mix (Lite / Pro / ISP) without any change to their connection string.
  • Exportable traffic logs — per-user records you can actually bill from. Resolve disputes with data, not guesswork.

Upstream Mixing

Protect your margin.
Hide your suppliers completely.

Mix Brightdata, Oxylabs, NetNut, your own modem pools into a single product endpoint. Clients get results. They never know — or can find — what's routing their traffic.

  • Weight-based routing — assign percentages across providers. Shift traffic away from a degraded upstream in seconds, no client reconnects.
  • Zero upstream leakage — metadata, error messages, and response headers never expose the underlying provider. Prevents direct bypass attempts.
  • Automatic failover — traffic reroutes to healthy upstreams within milliseconds when a provider goes down.

Everything an operator needs,
built into one backend

Multi-Protocol Routing
One endpoint handles HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS5, and UDP/QUIC. Auto-detects the protocol your client uses — zero configuration on their end.
Per-User Traffic Logs
Per-session logs with timestamps, target domains, bytes transferred, and status codes. Exportable — so you have records for every billing dispute.
White-Label Delivery
Your domain, your logo, your support contact. No ProxyRequest branding in the interface, connection metadata, or error responses.
Rate Limiting & Abuse Control
Built-in rate limiting, brute-force detection, and IP banning at the infrastructure level. Stops abuse before it impacts other users or burns upstream quota.
Real-Time Analytics
Live metrics on connections, latency, error rates, and provider health. Built on standard observability stack — no vendor lock-in on your monitoring.
Webhook Events
Subscribe to user state changes, upstream health events, and billing triggers. Build automation that reacts to real events — not scheduled polling.
Why operators switch

The technical decisions that
actually matter in production

Generic proxy panels manage credentials. ProxyRequest enforces them at the routing layer — with accounting, concealment, and failover built into the core, not bolted on.

Hard caps enforced at the proxy layer
Limits are enforced before traffic leaves the routing engine — not checked after the fact by a billing cron. When a user is capped, they're capped.
Provider concealment in the traffic path
Not just stripped headers — the entire response chain is sanitised. Error messages, connection fingerprints, and metadata reveal nothing about the upstream.
Weighted mixing with live failover
Weights are applied per-request, not per-session batch. When a provider degrades, traffic shifts in real time — no manual intervention, no reconnection storms.
Session-aware routing
Sticky and rotating sessions are handled at the routing level. Clients request session continuity via credentials — no separate session management layer.
Live traffic accounting, not aggregated logs
Usage is tracked per-request in real time. Exportable, auditable, dispute-ready. Not approximated from daily rollups.

FAQ

Questions from
proxy operators

Anything not covered? Reach us on Telegram — you'll get a response from an engineer, not a support bot.

Do I need to have existing upstream providers?
You can bring your own provider contracts — Brightdata, Oxylabs, NetNut, or anything with a SOCKS5/HTTP endpoint — and plug them in. The platform is designed to work with whatever upstreams you already have. If you need help evaluating or sourcing providers, we can advise based on our experience with these systems.
How is this different from just reselling proxies?
Resellers push credentials from a single upstream with no control layer. ProxyRequest gives you the product layer between your suppliers and your clients — upstream mixing, your own branded access, per-user limits, usage accounting, and API-based provisioning. You're operating a proxy business, not a resale channel.
What does "zero upstream leakage" actually mean?
Connection metadata, error messages, and response headers are sanitised before they reach the client. Nothing in the traffic path reveals who your upstream providers are. This prevents clients from identifying your suppliers and going direct — which is how margin gets destroyed in this market.
How quickly can I get live?
For a straightforward setup — one or two upstream providers, existing client base — the path from start to first production request is short. We'll work through it with you, including migrating existing sub-users if needed. Timeline depends on your current setup complexity; we'll give you a realistic estimate after the initial call.
What does support look like?
Support comes directly from the team maintaining the routing, accounting, and infrastructure stack. We understand SOCKS5, upstream failover, session accounting, and every layer beneath it. When something breaks, you get a real answer from someone who can actually fix it — not a ticket queue.
Can I run multiple products from a single backend?
Yes. You can define multiple products — Lite, Pro, ISP, geo-targeted, sticky sessions — each with its own upstream mix and routing rules. Assign different products to different sub-users without touching their connection strings. This is how you run differentiated pricing from a single infrastructure.
