1. Scope
This policy applies to the ProxyRequest website, our website demo and contact forms, and lead details we receive from advertising platforms. ProxyRequest provides business-to-business proxy platform infrastructure; our services are not directed to children.
2. Information we receive
We receive information you choose to provide. Depending on the form or conversation, this may include:
- Your name and business contact details.
- Your preferred contact method, such as email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord.
- Information about your company, current proxy setup, providers, products, business stage, approximate upstream spend range, launch plans, migration plans, and the topic you want to discuss.
- Messages and subsequent correspondence with our team.
Our website and service providers may also receive technical and usage data, such as your IP address, browser and device details, referring page, timestamps, requested pages, and interactions with the website or an advertisement. Please do not submit passwords, provider credentials, or other secrets in a lead form.
To understand how a business enquiry reached us, the website can save first-touch and latest campaign attribution in your browser. This can include UTM parameters, Google or Microsoft advertising click identifiers, the landing-page path, an external referring page without its query string, and the capture time. Landing-page query strings are not stored beyond these named campaign fields.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to your request and arrange a product demonstration.
- Understand your technical and commercial requirements and prepare a relevant response.
- Communicate about an evaluation, migration, support request, or potential business relationship.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Measure the effectiveness of our advertising and prevent spam, fraud, or abuse.
- Meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely as appropriate on your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving a business service, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Google Ads lead forms and measurement
If you submit a Google Ads lead form, Google collects your answers in its interface and makes the lead available to ProxyRequest. We use the lead information we receive under this policy. Google's collection and processing are also governed by theGoogle Privacy Policy.
This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement and advertising tags. Depending on the tags active in the container, Google and other measurement providers may use cookies or similar technologies and receive online identifiers, device data, and website interaction data. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and the controls offered by the relevant provider.
First-touch attribution is kept in browser storage for up to 90 days. A later visit with a new campaign identifier or external referrer updates the latest-touch record without replacing the original first touch. When you submit a demo request, these attribution fields are sent with the form so we can connect an enquiry with its acquisition source. The form does not place your name, contact details, or message in the website analytics data layer.
5. Sharing and service providers
We may share information only as needed for the purposes described above with providers that support website hosting, security, communications, analytics, advertising, and lead delivery. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, to comply with law or a valid legal request, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.
6. Retention and security
We keep lead details and correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage a prospective or active business relationship, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention for technical logs and measurement data depends on the relevant system and provider. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed for these purposes.
You can remove locally stored attribution at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Blocking browser storage does not prevent you from submitting the demo form.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and complain to your local data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You can also opt out of non-essential marketing messages by using the instructions in the message or contacting us.
8. Contact us and policy updates
To ask a privacy question or exercise a privacy right, contact ProxyRequest through ourcontact page and state that your message is a privacy request, or messageProxyRequest Engineering on Telegram.
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and update the effective date above.
